XL CAMPUS
The building serves as a campus building for
the College of Design and Art (CDA) in NYU.
Inspired by Rem Koolhaas's theories, the design discusses how scale becomes a critical factor in educational architecture when building footprint doesn't satisfy programs on a typical campus.
The project examines the relationship between the city and architecture. Based on the analysis, the project proposes "Street in the Sky," which uses the internal space between building chunks.
